<p>The First Lady Michelle Obama wants to include more yoga in her fitness regime as she turns 50.<br /><br /></p>.<p>In an interview to People magazine, Michelle, who turns 50 on January 17, says she has tweaked her workout routine keeping in mind her 70s and 80s.<br /><br />"I'm seeing myself shift from weight-bearing stuff – even though that continues to be important – and the heavy cardio and running, to things like yoga that will keep me flexible," said Michelle.<br /><br />The First Lady says her exercise target now is to maintain balance and flexibility "so that I'm not falling and breaking a hip one day."<br /><br />Michelle will be feted on Saturday at a dance party hosted by President Barack Obama at the White House.</p>
