'Sena won't support BJP even if offered Indra's throne'

Amid reports of last-ditch efforts by the BJP to woo the Shiv Sena, the Uddhav Thackeray-led party said that it would not ally with the BJP even if "Indra's throne" is offered.

"Shiv Sena won't side with the BJP even if offered Lord Indra's throne... The time for offers has ended," Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said when asked about reports that the BJP had agreed to share the chief minister's post with the Sena.

"People of Maharashtra want Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray to become the CM," he said.
