Azim Premji-Ranjan Pai family offices to buy minority stake in Akasa Air

The consortium will include Premji Invest and Claypond Capital, the Bengaluru-based family offices of Wipro founder Azim Premji and Manipal group chief Ranjan Pai respectively.
