<p>Bengaluru: Realty major DLF Ltd plans to launch housing properties worth over Rs 17,000 crore in the next fiscal (FY26), comprising super-luxury, luxury, and premium homes due to strong housing demand, as per its investors presentation out late on Monday.</p>.<p>Out of a planned Rs 1.14 lakh crore worth of launches planned for FY25 onwards, 35 per cent has been launched in the previous fiscal with about 15 per cent planned for FY26.</p>.<p>In an investors’ call on Tuesday, DLF officials gave a sales guidance for next year as Rs 20,000-22,000 crore.</p>.<p>On commercial assets, exit rentals by FY26 are expected to be Rs 6,700 crore, they said.</p>.<p>Furthermore, capex spent as a combination of DCCDL (DLF Commercial Capital and Development Ltd), DLF, and Atrium Place (a joint venture with Hines) in FY26 and FY27 will be around Rs 5,000 crore.</p>
