Prevention of Money Laundering Act Court (PMLA) in Mumbai on Wednesday allowed banks that lent money to Vijay Mallya to utilise seized assets, ANI reported.
The report further stated that the ruling has been adjourned till January 18. Until then all parties affected by the order can appeal to the Bombay High Court, ED sourced told ANI.
