MyHealthcare, a digital integrated healthcare technology platform operated by Gurugram-based InnoCirc Ventures, has raised its Series A funding of $2 million.

The round is led by Hunch Ventures. Angel Investor and Retired MD of 3M India and Israel Ajay Nanavati also participated in the round.

A digital healthcare company, InnoCirc Ventures, has been founded by Shyatto Raha, Aneesh Nair and Divya Laroyia.

MyHealthcare, the company’s flagship product, is a mobile healthcare ecosystem that enhances patient engagement and empowers them with their healthcare needs, through offerings such as EMR, health trackers, emergency services, video consult and 24x7 health monitoring, among others.

The platform helps connect healthcare givers, hospitals, diagnostics, patients and their family and brings them into a digital ecosystem.

The platform is offered on a partnership model with hospitals, whereby MyHealthcare plugs in as the technology partner for the hospital network across all its patient facing services. MyHeathcare’s vision is to use digital technology and data to improve patient outcomes and patient care.

Commenting on the development, Founder and Director of InnoCirc Ventures Shyatto Raha said the data driven healthcare solutions can bridge the widening gap between the availability of doctors, specialists and the demand for such care givers.

"Our platform works with hospitals, in enhancing their care solutions by transitioning the care process from paper to digital form. In the next phase, we are working towards the use of AI & ML for predictive analysis, to aid care givers in the diagnosis process,” said Raha.

Raha further added, “Making healthcare easily accessible, affordable and ensuring accuracy of care is our single focus at MyHealthcare.”

Founder and Managing Director of Hunch Ventures Karanpal Singh said India is one of the largest and poised to be the youngest population in the world.

"Minimum social security and access to healthcare is going to be critical in the years ahead. MyHealthcare has developed a platform to deliver quality healthcare through the use of technology. Hunch believes in the team and its capabilities in building a digital ecosystem to make healthcare accessible to all," he said.

Client Associates Investment Banking (CAIB) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the transaction. CAIB is a part of Client Associates, the leading multi-family office firm.
