Practo raises $90 million in Series C

Healthcare platform Practo on Thursday announced that it has closed $90-million (Rs 574 crore) in Series C funding. Only in February this year, Practo had closed a $30-million Series B round from Sequoia India and Matrix Partners.

Shashank ND, founder and CEO of Practo, said: “The Series C round was led by China’s Tencent. Other investors include Sofina, Sequoia India, Google Capital, Altimeter Capital, Matrix Partners, Sequoia Capital Global Equities, and Yuri Milner (founder of Russian venture capital firm DST Global).”
