The woman, a resident of Bengaluru, claimed she was a Bollywood film producer. She had filed a complaint on September 25, 2015, with the Ashok Nagar police, which said that when she mistakenly entered Mishra's room in a hotel on Residency Road, he abused her and reportedly assaulted her. Meanwhile, the police have filed a charge sheet. The 43rd ACMM started the trial and Mishra appeared before it on Friday. His advocate said a false complaint has been filed against Mishra and sought to quash the complaint. The court adjourned the case to June 21 for further hearing.
