Kumble visits Bannerghatta Park, gives suggestions

Kumble, accompanied by M N Jayakumar Member Secretary, Zoo Authority of Karnataka and veterinarian G Pampapathi, also gave suggestions to the medical staff attending the 10 tigers and five cubs which are under treatment, Taggore Millo, Executive Director of the Park said in a statement here.

They also had an interaction with the visiting team from the Central Zoo Authority, New Delhi.

Of the 15 tigers under treatment, Minchu, whose condition was critical over two days ago, "is responding to treatment but his high creatinine level is still a cause of worry for us. She is under intensive care and observation", he said.
Other ailing wild cats are responding positively to the treatment and a team of veterinarians are working round-the-clock to treat them, he said.
