Soon after the puja, the jamboo savari procession will start. Former MP and scion of Mysore royal family, Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadiyar will be the chief guest.
In the evening, Governor H R Bhardwaj will participate in torch light parade and take the guard of honour. Yeddyurappa will be the chief guest over the function.
Sangeeta Vidwan award
The prestigious ‘Sangeeta Vidwan’ award will be presented by the CM at the palace premises on October 16 at 7:30 pm. Medical Education and District-In-Charge Minister S A Ramdas will preside over the function.
