The workshop was conducted by Sneha Titus, a teacher of mathematics, who has now resigned from her teaching job in order to pursue her career goal of inculcating in students of all ages a love of learning the logic and relevance of mathematics.

The aim of the workshop was to share extracts from popular books based on mathematics, to appreciate the maths behind stories and puzzles based on
mathematics and to do mathematics.

The session was conducted for the teachers of mathematics, ranging from middle to high school, and parents.

They listened to the stories, played the games, discussed the maths and understood how to design lessons based on these activities. 

These teachers can also be a part of the same workshop for kids on December 11 wherein they can observe them and even play the games with the students in order to learn how to facilitate teaching sessions using such activities.

Sneha Titus uses the medium of small teaching modules incorporating current technology, relevant resources from the media as well as games, puzzles and stories which will equip and motivate both teachers, parents and children.
