Blood samples of Anupama's parents taken

The blood samples of Anupama’s father, B R Pradhan, and mother, Gauri Pradhan, would be sent along with two of Anupama’s body parts, recovered from a deep freezer and the foothills of Mussoorie, to the Central Laboratory in New Delhi, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Dehra Dun, G S Martolia said.

The police had taken permission from Chief Judicial Magistrate Kunwar Amanendra Singh to collect the blood samples of Anupama’s parents, the SSP said.

Meanwhile, A S Mann, advocate of Anupama’s husband Rajesh Gulati, on Wednesday refused to defend him and withdrew from the case.
