RD Khosla DAV Senior Secondary School principal Santosh Vaid was arrested for using derogatory remarks against Valmiki in the Punjabi question paper of matriculation examination, they said.
A case has been registered against Vaid under section 295 A (Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) of the Indian Penal Code.
