Though the DNA test has given the evidence of the alleged involvement of the Mumbai actor in the rape /consensual sex with the maid servant, the lawyer is taking a long time to dispose of the case un-necessarily.
The lawyer of the actor should accelerate the case so that the court can come to an understanding and decide the case based on merit.
