Bangalore has become the third city in the country after Delhi and Mumbai to start aqua aerobics training. “Aqua aerobics is done by the professional swimmers also. You can strengthen the various muscles in your body and also can improve your endurance. When you do the aerobic exercises with swimming it brings far better results. Since it is done in shallow water, it’s not necessary that you should be a swimmer,” said Managing Director of SwimLife Mohan Satish Kumar at the press meet here.
