<p> Phillips, daughter of Princess Anne and her first husband Mark Phillips, will wed the captain of England’s rugby team Mike Tindall on July 30 in the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. <br /><br />The ceremony will be just three months after Prince William, elder son of heir-to-the-throne Prince Charles, marries Kate Middleton at London’s Westminster Abbey on April 29. <br /><br />Buckingham Palace said Phillips, 29, and Tindall would wed at Canongate Kirk, the parish church of Edinburgh Castle, with a reception at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the queen’s official residence in Scotland. <br /><br />Phillips was considered the rebel of the royal family as a teenager before following in her mother’s footsteps to enjoy a successful horse riding career. <br /><br />BBC award<br /><br />In 2006, she won an individual gold on her horse Toytown at the World Equestrian Games in Germany, helped Britain win a team silver and was voted BBC sports personality of the year. <br /><br />Tindall, 32, is also a well-known sportsman. Currently captain of the England rugby team, he was part of the England side which beat Australia to win the World Cup in 2003. <br /><br />Former England player Iain Balshaw has been chosen as best man, Tindall’s teammate with club side Gloucester James Simpson-Daniel told a local paper. <br /><br />Princess Anne rode in the 1976 Olympics and was European Champion in 1971, while Mark Phillips won an Olympic team gold in eventing in 1972.
