'No shortage of fertilisers in DK'

About 8,940 tonnes has been supplied to district till June end. The required quantity of fertiliser is 8,422 tonnes. Last year, 7,413 tonnes was supplied. The fertiliser stock include Urea—816 tonnes, DAP—272 tonnes, Potash—807 tonnes and complex fertilisers—859 tonnes. However, Suphala is not supplied to the district. Instead of Suphala, one can use Rock Phospate, DAP. Those who ask for Suphala may feel that there is shortage, added official.
