A Ramaiah (74), R Surendra Babu (42), R Ashok Kumar (40) and R Jaipal (32), were nabbed at Vasanthnagar area in the district, an official statement said. Creating a fake land certificate and other documents, the accused sold 7,645 sq m of government land to a company in Maharashtra for Rs 45.62 crore in 2008, it said.
