<p><br />The legislator complained of chest pain and uneasiness after he was remanded to judicial custody till August 3 by a magistrate court at Eluru last evening.</p>.<p>Rao was admitted to the cardiology ward of a government hospital here in the early hours today and went through ECG and cardiogram tests, doctors attending on him said.</p>.<p>Cardiologist Dr B K Arjun, who examined him after the tests said his condition is stable adding "he has no heart problems."</p>.<p>Earlier, Rao was admitted to district hospital at Eluru and then transferred to the medical University general hospital in Vijayawada, police said.</p>.<p>As no cardiologist was available in Vijayawada hospital, he was referred to Guntur government hospital.</p>.<p>The legislator has been booked under relevant sections of IPC like punishment for wrongful restraint (Section 341), criminal intimidation (Section 506), assault or criminal force to a woman with an intent to outrage her modesty (Section 354), after allegations that he made attempts to outrage the modesty of some nursing students in the institute. </p>
