Cheap fashion no longer the in-thing

A whopping 90 percent of buyers say their top priority now is value for money, while 75 percent say they now only buy items that last, according to the Daily Express.

Around 80 percent always consider the fabric of a garment before buying it and 57 percent say this was the most important factor when they choose clothes.

Just 10 percent say they are worried about keeping up with the latest fashion trends.
Nine out of 10 people say cotton was their preferred material, according to research by the Cotton Council International and Drapers magazine.
