Madhu sparkles in BEML victory

Madhu slammed 103 as BEML amassed 281 for six in 30 overs, MK Srinivas (58) and SS Darshan (44) chipping in. In reply, SBI could muster a paltry 154 for eight with Madhu claiming two for 17.

In another match, Vinu Prasad picked up four wickets to help Corporation Bank score a comfortable six-wicket victory over BWSSB Employees Association. Batting first, BWSSB were bowled out for a low total of 105 in just 20.2 overs with Prasad picking up four of BWSSB’s wickets for just nine runs. Srinivas top scored for the losing side with 33.
In reply, Corporation Bank barely put a foot wrong, overhauling the total in just 13.3 overs with S Nishant Singh (33) chipping-in with useful contribution.
