The 25-year-old 'Poker Face' hitmaker previously designed a special prayer wristband to help the victims of the disaster, which raised USD 1.5 million, Contactmusic reported.
But Gaga has decided to step up her charity efforts by designing the T-shirt in association with Japan's Vogue magazine editors.
"The Japanese Birkin T-shirt I designed for Vogue Japan on sale 6/25 at Uniqlo worldwide. (money) goes to Tsunami Relief," she tweeted.
Stars including Victoria Beckham, Cyndi Lauper, Nicole Kidman and Blake Lively have also created T-shirts to sell off for the Save Japan Project charity.
