The only festival that young men fear about is Raksha Bandhana for obvious reasons. It forces them into a 'wrong' relationship. So how do they avoid being tied a Rakhi?

Hemant Gairola, a former student of IIJNM: You are too hot! I may not be able to protect you from the hundreds of your fans, so sorry I can not allow you to tie a Rakhi. Or else I would say, few days back my grandfather died, so we can't celebrate any festival, including Rakhi, this year.

Krishna Murthy P: I have too many sisters and there is no room for another and if you really want to have a relationship with me, then be my friend.

Manu R, former student of V V Puram College: I would go to my village or to some friend and see that I don't meet that person. If I really like that girl, I would go to her and propose, so that there is no game of hide and seek.

Santosh Kumar S, a third semester polytechnic student: I would have a big bandage on my hand so that the Rakhi falls short of being tied. Or else I will be absent from that place as I did in my tenth standard. There were others who said that they would allow the girl to tie Rakhi and say later: “At least, because of this she held my hand.”
