A year ago, it earned a net profit of Rs 98 crore and revenue was Rs 1,248 crore during the same period. The company’s headcount stands at 31,438 as on June 30, 2011, a net addition of 2,172 for the quarter and has an active customer count at 220. The company’s attrition also improved to 17 per cent from 25 per cent in the corresponding quarter. The company also said it plans to win down its American depository programme.
