Geelani tells PoK leader not to dilute J&K strategy

Geelani said the implementation of UN resolutions was the “only”  solution to Kashmir issue acceptable to Kashmir. “Any deviation from it would cause irreparable damage to our movement,” he said.

The former PoK prime minister, who arrived here on Sunday to attend the marriage ceremony of the son of his Kashmiri friend, had said the UN resolutions on Kashmir could be put behind for  finding a solution to Kashmir issue.

Geelani reacted sharply saying Kashmiris did not offer sacrifices for  self rule , autonomy , joint control, soft borders but solution of Kashmir issue as per UN resolutions. “ Any move to deviate from Un resolutions would be rejected,” he said.
