KSOU online MBA course for working candidates

The Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) has started a four-semester MBA course, to help working candidates in both urban and rural areas. 

Those willing to enrol for the course may visit the KSOU office or the nearest study centre of the university. Once the students join the course, separate e-mail accounts will be created in their names and passwords will be given to them. 

The course syllabus can be got through the e-mail account. Students can also access the lectures uploaded on the varsity website. 

Virtual exams

Doubts may be clarified with the lecturers during the time allotted for the purpose. The doubts may be clarified through e-mail also. Students have to upload the reports of their projects in the fourth semester. They have to compulsorily take the exams online at any study centre in the country. Students may submit their fees online through credit or debit cards. 

Foreign students will be given admission from next year. 

The varsity will also help its MBA graduates get jobs. It will suggest graduates’ names to the companies, if the former provide their personal details and marks secured by them, according to KSOU officials. 

Candidates with any degree with 50 per cent marks are eligible to apply. Admission will be held in January and July every year.
