India win to stay in elite group

Harjeet Kaur came up with a stellar performance, top scoring with 31 points. She not only went for the target frequently but was also consistent in scoring from free throws, collecting eight points. The Indian eves displayed good cohesion and led in all four quarters, except in the second, which Malaysia led at 26-20.  India led 47-32 at half time.
