Shiney to stay at parents' house

The 36-year-old actor, who was released from the Arthur Road jail on Saturday after spending 110 days in prison, has been ordered by the court to stay away from Mumbai till the trial begins. Ahuja was received by his parents when he arrived at the airport along with wife Anupam at around 11:30 am.

The actor drove straight to his father’s Church View apartments in Noida’s sector 29. “He will come to Mumbai on October 7 for the trial. He will be staying here with his wife till then,” a source close to the actor said. Ahuja was granted bail by Justice A P Deshpande of Bombay High Court on October 1 on a surety of Rs 50,000 cash with a condition that he would stay in Delhi and report to the nearest police station regularly.

The actor, who was arrested on June 15 after his maid accused him of rape, has five films in hand, namely, ‘Migration’, ‘Har Pal’, ‘Chalo Movie’, ‘Accident’ and ‘Take two’.
