Bishop Aloysius Paul D’Souza has requested the people of Mangalore to come forward and donate in large number towards the fund. Diocese of Mangalore has opened a Flood Relief Fund with the Mangalore Catholic Cyrian Bank. The account number is 2222660510190001.
Those willing to donate may send in their help to this account number, said a press release from the diocese.
Diocese Public Relation Officer William Menezes, Fr Onil D’Souza and others handed over the cheque of Rs 1 lakh to the Deputy Commissioner V Ponnuraj.
