JOIN USAakriti, an inter-collegiate tech fest organised by the BCA department of MES Degree College, saw good participation from the colleges across the City.
Events like gaming, ‘Debugging’, model exhibition, ‘Adzap’, IT quiz and IT manager were a part of the fest. “We had more than ten events in the fest and colleges like Sindhi College, Christ College and Presidency College, to name a few, participated in the fest.
We organised the fest after a gap of seven years and we were very excited about it and the entire department came together to help,” says Rahul, a student. Shweta, another student, notes that the biggest challenge was to arrange for the sponsors.
“The teachers helped us a lot and we put up a good show. The response was great and we saw active participation from colleges. We created our own software for the fest. It was a lot of fun,” she says.
