Chef Day celebrated

The Oxford College of Hotel Management celebrated the International Chef Day recently. The celebration went on for five days. It began with a carving workshop, headed by Chef Gopal of Taj West End, inter-college chef competitions and concluded with a seminar on food safety presented by Chef Vijaya Baskaran, Executive Chef, Le Meridien. The seminar session dealt with safety and hygienic measures which are to practiced in the industry.  Prizes were also distributed for the winners of the inter-college chef competition.
