Plaint against GP chief, members

 
A police complaint has been filed against the Gram Panchayat president and members for leading the loot of flood relief materials on Wednesday by the Saundatti taluk administration.

Tahasildar C Sharada told Deccan Herald that the GP president and the members looted the materials despite being warned of prosecution. Photographs taken by the officials  have been submitted to the police and cases have been registered, she said.
