Expressing confidence over victory of the Congress in the upcoming Assembly elections, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president G Parameshwar said the chief ministerial candidate will be decided by the High Command.
“After election results are declared, the high command will take a decision on who will be Chief Minister, Siddaramaiah or Parameshwar”, he said.
Congress will take disciplinary action against rebels in the party, he said. “There are no differences of opinion within the party. We are fighting the elections together,” he added.
People of the state have grown tired of the corrupt BJP government, he said.
He was speaking on the sidelines of an election campaign of Congress in the city.
