“I had hurt my back and the doctors advised me not to strain it too much but I had already committed myself to perform on stage so I went ahead and did it,” says Jennifer. But it was thanks to a certain someone’s constant support could she pull it off. Before one gets ideas, Jennifer clarifies that it was the presence of Sharmila Mandre, her best friend in the industry.

“She is my best friend and she was there constantly cheering me on and we had a blast during the show. Plus she also won an award,” she adds.

Jennifer is also awaiting her next release Bisile where she stars opposite Diganth. “I am really excited about this project because who ever has seen both of us together have said that we have a great chemistry on screen and that we are one good looking couple,” says she. Looks like most heroines have a similar thing to say about Diganth these days.
