A former girlfriend of Mick Jagger is auctioning off a few locks of the famous rocker's hair.
The hair is set to go on sale July 3 and is expected to bring in around USD 3,000, reported Fox News.
Chrissie Shrimpton, who reportedly dated the singer in the early 1960s during his time at the London School of Economics, is selling the hair, but she didn't collect the sample.
It was Shrimpton's grandmother, who purloined the hair without Chrissie's knowledge during a trip to the family's country estate.
It was passed on to Shrimpton's aunt and then to Shrimpton, who decided to unload the locks through British auction house Bonhams. The proceeds will be donated to charity.
