Harsh Vardhan slams Priyanka

Delhi BJP president Harsh Vardhan  slammed Priyanka Gandhi on Saturday for her remarks on party prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s Gujarat development model.

He raised 10 issues and sought answers from Gandhi.

“If Modi’s Gujarat model is a failure then why the people of Gujarat elected him thrice as their Chief Minister. Does she understand that making fun of Modi’s Gujarat model is mocking the people of Gujarat who have elected him?” he said.

Priyanka had raised questions about Modi’s Gujarat development model on Friday.Harsh Vardhan also sought her response on the alleged scams her husband Robert Vadra had been a part of.

“She should first clarify how Vadra became a millionaire in three years with an investment of a few lakhs. Isn’t the entire Gandhi family trying to hide the charges of corruption on Vadra and fooling people?” he said in a statement.

He also said, “From past 10 years, Sonia Gandhi is the MP from Raebareli but she had failed to provide basic amenities like water and power supply to the residents of the city. Despite being the power for 10 years at the Centre, she had failed to deliver in her constituency.” 

He added, “The court has given clean chit to Modi in the alleged snooping case. I think Congress doesn’t have any issues in these elections so the party is trying to defame Modi.” 

Seeking a clarification from Priyanka on the released book of former media advisor of Prime Minister, he accused the Gandhi family of using the PM as a rubber stamp.
