This weekend will see the East Parade Church Choir perform at the church premises on December 12 at 6 pm. They largely sing traditional and popular carols.

This year the 40-member strong Chorale, along with the junior choir will render popular carols including Nativity Carol by John Rutter, Friendly Beasts by Robert Davis, and Silent Night by Joseph Mohr, contemporary ones that include Dance into the Light by Winer and Martin and I Have Seen the Light by Chris Machen, and classical comprising of Gloria by Vivaldi.

The choir is conducted by Sujit Mathews Vengal and accompanied pianist Berenice da Gama Rose. Then there’s the Glorious choir that will render their Christmas concert, titled, Still on December 19 and 20 at 6.30 pm at Baldwin Girls' High School Grounds. The concert has two sides. The first half, filled with choreography revolves around the concept of truth and an exploration of the same.

The second half of the concert is a fun-filled musical extravaganza commemorating the choir's 20th anniversary.
