'New Zealand Grills'

JW Marriott Bengaluru is hosting the ‘New Zealand Grills’ - a wonderful blend of New Zealand’s barbeque and wine food festival. The festival will go on till December 14 at JW Kitchen (from 7.30 pm tol 11 pm.)

The food festival aims to recreate a complete Kiwi experience.  

The festival brings together a contemporary combination of British heritage with a lively exploration of European, Asian and Pacific cuisine. Chef Amit Sood welcomes winter with authentic grilled fare straight from New Zealand.

Succulent meats infused with smoky flavours of the traditional Maori Hangi served with a dash of just the right spice. Indulge in the traditional New Zealand barbecue with the world famous New Zealand wines complimenting the mouthwatering grills.

There’s also the choicest range of dishes in lamb, pork and cervena, tamarillo and pavlova – the national dessert.

The food festival will also feature popular dishes like ‘marinated lamb chops’ with ‘truffle jus’, ‘braised lamb shanks’, ‘lamb roulade’ with ‘sage’ and onion stuffing.
