Even ace cricketer, Rahul Dravid had made a resolution at the beginning of 2009, which was to exercise and stay fit.

He did achieve a majority of the target but not completely. So as far as his 2010 resolution is concerned, he has made up his mind to reach the set target.

"I work out for a couple of hours everyday because in my field, it is important to stay fit. During game seasons, we have our fitness trainers who keep track of our weight and other details. If we are not fit, it affects our performance on the field," said Rahul Dravid, who was present at the launch of a health drink by a leading retail brand.

He also said that doing the right kind of exercises and eating the right kind of food is very important for the body. "Overcoming laziness is one of the biggest  challenges for most people. Going to a good gym is necessary because wrong exercise routine can have
an adverse effect. Starting off is important but continuing it is even more. Once you are used to the workout, you will feel good all day," he advised.

Speaking at the launch, Neeraj Chandra, COO of the company said, "It is our New Year resolution to make India more healthy. To take this to the next level, we are introducing this health drink along with various other offers. We are confident that this kit will help the people activate their resolutions to be healthy."
