It is perfectly normal to lose some strands of hair every day. Losing 40-50 strands a day is normal. Exercise is also a good way of reducing hair fall. It improves blood circulation, hence the follicles receive a healthy supply of blood from the vessels around them. Avoid pulling back your hair in a tight pony tail every day.
