The FIR contents totally reflect cinematic experiences and mention the confession of the accused, wherein the fact stresses specifically on the destruction of the evidences. <br /><br />The FIR copy reflects the reluctance of the police to dig out the truth and also ensures that the fact of the destruction of the evidences mentioned in the FIR is also a part of the pre planned conspiracy. The police themselves have written the conclusion of the case in the FIR, he accused.
