New Chief Postmaster General

Dr Charles Lobo took charge as Chief Postmaster General, Karnataka Circle, Bengaluru recently.

He belongs to the 1987 batch of the Indian Postal Service. Born in Mangaluru, he completed his post graduation from Bangalore University in Political Science and completed his doctorate in 2015 in Governance from Karnatak University. Before assuming the new role, he was working as Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle, Chennai.
