<p>The state government has decided to adapt the training module followed by the Bavarian police force in Germany. <br /><br />“We have decided to follow the technology and training module used by the Bavarian police in crime prevention and women safety,” Home Minister G Parameshwara told reporters here on Tuesday after a meeting with the parliamentary delegation of Bavaria, a state in Southeastern Germany.<br /><br />“We discussed extending cooperation in cyber crime and safe city areas with the Bavarian government. Karnataka has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bavarian government in commerce, tourism, industry and information technology,” he added.<br /><br />Both the governments have agreed to strengthen bilateral ties and extend cooperation in other areas, he said.<br /><br />Home Minister’s adviser Kempaiah and DG&IGP RK Dutta were also present.<br /></p>
