HVOB Live: Silk Tour 2017’ will be held at Koramangala Social on June 9, 9 pm.

‘HVOB’ are Anna Müller and Paul Wallner. Since forming in 2013, the duo have established themselves on the international electronic music scene not just with their releases, but more significantly as a live act as well. They perform live on stage and always with a drummer.

Their album ‘Trialog’ was released in spring and continues to attract unwavering international interest. The interdisciplinary art project — prompting an invitation to perform a ‘Boiler Room’ set in Vienna — is a perennial headliner on blogs and media.

For their latest album ‘Silk’, they have enlisted the help of collaborator Winston Marshall/Mumford & Sons. The resulting album is an emotionally charged take on dance music.

This is the first time ‘HVOB’ have collaborated on an album: Paul and Anna Müller have written and produced the songs on ‘Silk’ together with Winston Marshall, and the result of the collaboration with the London-based artist is a new and dark ‘HVOB’ sound.

The collaboration goes beyond production of the new album to include a joint tour.
