In a setback to actor Kamal Haasan's first reality show "Big Boss", the Hindu Makkal Katchi on Wednesday demanded immediate ban on the programme and arrest the actor.
The pro-Hindu group filed a petition with the police claiming that the show disgraces Tamil culture. They also claimed that the participants in the show making fun of Tamil prayer song.
In the petition, the outfit said participants and the host should be arrested and the programme must not be aired anymore
The show, being hosted by Kamal was being broadcasted from June 25.
Meanwhile, reacting to the complaint by the Hindu outfit, Kamal said he was prepared to get arrested.
