CM refuses to believe patients died due to stir

Belagavi: Amid uproar over deaths of patients during the ongoing protest of medical professionals, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday asked where had they died and whether it was really because of the doctors' strike.

"Where are the deaths? How do you know the patients died because of the strike," the chief minister asked reporters who sought his reaction. "Are government hospitals closed? Let patients go to government hospitals," he said.
