MLA Yogish Bhat inaugurated the Manipal Homecare at Dr T M A Pai International Convention Centre in Mangalore while KMC Chief Operating Officer Dr Mahesh Inder, Dean Maj Gen (Retd) Dr G Rajagopal and others were present on the occasion.
In Mangalore, Manipal Home Care Services will be catered by KMC Hospital to their patients within city limit of 4 km radius. Recovering patients who need regular check-ups, children, elderly patients, and those who find it inconvenient to commute to the hospital can avail these services.
Some of the homecare services offered include administering injections, blood tests, changing dressings, monitoring blood pressure, bath, bed making, back care, and vaccinations, informed the press release.
