Awards that were constituted in two categories, Architecture and Design Excellence and Building and Infrastructure Development Excellence, saw Nitesh Estates being adjudged as ‘Builder of the Year’.
‘The Best Developer in Residential Infrastructure’ was conferred on the Brigade Group, while the award in the category of ‘Best Urban Design and Master Planning’ was presented to Puravankara. Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises (NICE) was adjudged as ‘Best Urban Infrastructure Developer’.
Prestige Estates Projects Limited was given the award in the category of ‘Commercial Master Builder Award’ and Mantri Developers bagged the the ‘Young Visionary Award’ in Real Estate Infrastructure category. A CEO round table conference with the theme ‘Vision Bangalore 2010’ preceded the awards ceremony. It was organised by the Construction Source India.
