Consumer finds worms in Nandini milk packet

When she took a close look at the packet, she found several of them moving.
Immediately, her husband Vishwanath Poojary informed the officials of KMF.
The quality control officials in turn, visited the house and took samples of the milk and the milk packet.
When contacted, the officials of the quality control department of the KMF said that they have taken the sample of milk and the packet and they would check the root cause within a few days.
However, he suspected that the worms would have sneaked in at the packaging section.
To a query, Reshma said that she always washes the packet before opening it, which indicates that the worms were found inside the packet itself.
Ironically, Reshma’s son insisted her that he wanted to consume the milk without boiling, but she was adamant that the milk should be boiled.
