Many people tend to ignore their hair during monsoon. They feel  there is no way that their hair will get damaged, because of lack of sunlight. And the rains aren’t really harmful, according to most people.

 But what people forget is that dust and grime are present in every season and don’t disappear just because it is monsoon or summer.

  Hence, it is equally important to give utmost care to you hair in every season too.
It is important to wash the hair once every two days and keep it clean. The more the dust and grime, the more the  dandruff.

It is also advisable to use a mild shampoo and conditioner as it retains the texture of your hair. After washing the hair, do not rub it with a towel as it weakens the hair roots and may cause your hair to split at the ends which damages the hair.

Oiling the hair is also an important aspect which should not be ignored. It prevents the hair from becoming dry and also conditions it naturally from within. Wash your hair after you get wet in the rain. As the hair gets exposed to dust and other pollutants, it will becomes dry when it gets wet in the rain.

Also, do not tie your hair when it is wet, it will break your hair and make it dull and lifeless. It is always essential to use a wide-toothed comb for your hair after a wash or even if the hair gets wet. Avoid using a drier as it makes the hair more dry.

Excessive moisture is another problem during this time of the year, so it is important to keep the hair balanced. Also consume food which is rich in vitamin E to keep your hair healthy and yourself
happy.
